Service Standards
1. Provide free consultation and on-site assessments (Bangkok and surrounding provinces).
2. Conduct services with a professional team.
3. Schedule appointments with customers for pre-inspections and advance service notice of at least 1-3 days.
4. Service interval for bait box installation is every 1 month during the first 3 months or until termite colony elimination.
5. After termite elimination, perform internal house inspections and spraying every 3 months.
6. If new termite activity is detected, the service frequency will be adjusted to once a month.
7. Each service operation is recorded in a Service Card : Progress Report, Problem, and resolution for customer awareness.
8. The service provider commits to at least 4 visits per year.
9. Customers will receive documents upon installation, including a receipt, job sheet, and service agreement.
