Laboratory of Kemfac Co., Ltd. serves for analysis and testing the physical and chemical properties of hazardous substances. The physical and chemical properties analysis is the percentage of active ingredient (%AI), pH, Viscosity, Emulsion Stability, Suspension and Stability. We use the standard instruments for analysis.
Recently, competition for quality of products is important. If you have requirement analysis for properties of your products, we can serve quickly and accurately analysis. 
Modern Instruments are:

Gas_chromatography_GCGas chromatography (GC) is useful for analysis of percentage of active ingredient (%AI). We have 2 machines; Perkin Eimer Model Clarus 500 and Agilent Technologies Model 6890. GC is separation chromatography technique. This technique is separation of complex components with gas mobile phase and giving quick and accurate analysis results. The instrument operation is run with automatic system, controlled and complied analysis results with software of computer. Thus this instrument can continuously analyze for 100 samples, 3-4 products/instrument/day and give quick reports of analysis results which could be correctively and accurately recorded. High_Performance_Liquid_chromatography_HPLCHigh Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)  is useful for analysis of percentage of active ingredient (%AI). We have 2 machines: Perkin Eimer Model 200 and Agilent Technologies Model 1200. HPLC is separation chromatography technique. This technique is separation of components in sample solution by liquid mobile phase which as leader the sample solution flowing through the stationary phase. The stationary phase is called the column which is made from packing the small particle material in the stainless pipe.  And the separation of component in sample solution will be sent to the signal detector. The all instrument operation system are controlled with computer, so this instrument can give corrective and precision analysis results and continuously analyzed about 100 samples; 2-3 products/instrument/day.
Particle_size_analyzerParticle size Analyzer 
Malvern, Masterizer 2000 is instrument for particle size measurement of substances. Particle size measurement range is 0.02-2000 micron. The principle of this measurement is high resolution optical scattering of light.
pH Meter
pH_meterpH Meter is useful for measurement the acidity and basicity of samples and take time about 10-15 min./sample.
Karl_FischerKarl Fischer is useful for quantity analysis of water content in sample and take time about 5-10 min./sample. Density_meterDensity Meter  is useful for measurement the density samples and take time about 5-10 min./sample.
 viscometerViscometer  Viscometer is useful for measurement the viscosity of samples and take time about 10-15 min./sample.

Recommendation for service requirement of customer
1. Customer inform service requirement by filling the detail of analysis requirements: name, address and Tel./Fax No. in service requirement document  and then send to Kemfac staff.
2. The amounts of sample for analysis need at least 200 g for solid sample or 200 ml for liquid sample. Except the viscosity analysis need at least 500 ml.
3. The analysis results will be reported in 7 days or by agreement. From the date of receipt of samples. The analysis by issuing a notice by mail, fax, or other manually.
4. Incase of the remained sample after finishing analysis, Kemfac will inform to customer.
If customers wish to return sample I will have to get a sample Laboratory not be returned and to be within 1 months from the date of receipt of analytical results.
